ahhhh…the beauty of pinterest.
it allows us to dream and plan and share.
one of my boards is “porch envy“.
i have a very small front porch.
not very cute and not covered.
i dream of a covered front porch.

it doesn’t have to be big or fancy.
just a place for me to curl up with a good book or stack of magazines on a rainy day.
to sit and watch the dogs play in the yard.
to swing with my husband and talk about our day.
a place to have a cup of coffee and start my day and count my blessings every evening.
a place to be.

I love your inspiration….I have a large wrap around porch that I can never seem to decorate just right…but I do love it!
That’s a great board!! I do love my porch…when we built our home 16 years ago, the plans called for a porch that if you would put a chair or rocker on it your knees would probably hit the rail…I changed the plans and made the porch bigger! Every time Jeff and I sit out there for breakfast or on the swing in the evening he always says…”this was one of the best things you did for our home”…we love it!! Come and grab a rocker any time you want!!
We have a front porch but it’s enclosed. I dream of the day we open that sucker up. That first picture stole my heart.
