One of the first pies that we shot, is one of my favorites.

Krys Kirkpatrick‘s Creamy Carrot Pie.

It looked beautiful and photographed so well, but carrot pie?

I had my doubts.

But man was I wrong.

So creamy and delicious.

Similar to pumpkin….but BETTER!!!

And the rum whipped cream topping….

need I say more?

I can taste it now.

It would be so good with my cup of coffee.

mmmmmmmmm.
