Today

What a beautiful day!! The sun is shining and it’s supposed to get up around 40 degrees here. Yes!! I am so happy to have the newlyweds back home.

I missed them so much. Don’t they look so happy?

Roger and I are truly blessed with a great son-in-law and we know he is going to take great care of our little girl.

Today is the start of Lent.
A wonderful time of year.
This year I am giving up chocolate and Diet Coke.
I stopped drinking DC about a year ago, but lately have found myself falling back into it’s traps.
So this is the perfect time to banish it again.
I am also spending more time digging into the Bible and my spirituality.
I have a photo session today with a dear friend of mine from Chicago.
Can’t wait to see her!!

Have a wonderful day my friends!!

I’ve pretty much given up pop or soda how ever one says it. I have a funny story about that I should post about…anyway…My son threw out a no pop/soda challenge to all of us and I took it. I did make it a whole month with no pop and I’m still pretty much soda pop free. I’m also digging into where I’m at spiritually and loving it. I’m so glad your “newlyweds” are home, they look like such a cute couple. Isn’t it nice when our children find wonderful mates?
Wow, I almost wrote a book here {lol}.
